MBRC will transform the way in which we deliver services in our Planning and Economic Development Division. To lead this transformation, we are searching for a highly motivated, commercially driven, passionate and customer focused planning professional to join our Divisional Management Team. As a key member of the Divisional Management Team, you will be responsible for setting the direction, managing the performance and outputs of our most important asset - the team, during this change phase.
If you have demonstrated skills and experience in effectively managing large diverse teams who are capable of delivering strong outcomes and providing practical solutions to highly complex technical matters then come and join the team.
Our aim is not about just filling a role in Development Services or Strategic Planning and Economic Development; it is about ensuring we align our organisation to maximise your contribution to deliver the exciting outcomes in the future.

Please note that whilst the current work location for this position is stated above, staff may be required to transfer to any of council's work locations with notice. Council currently has administration offices located at Caboolture, Strathpine and Redcliffe as well as depots, libraries and a range of other facilities located throughout the region.
