We continually seek labourers to join our Grounds Maintenance/Parks teams at various locations throughout our city. We invite expressions of interest for both current and upcoming opportunities within this space.
- Permanent Full Time | 9 day fortnight
- $67,642 pa (includes industry allowance and uniform allowance) + 12% super + leave loading
Qld Local Government Industry Award (Stream B) - Level 3 of the EBA5
- 76 hour fortnight
- Location: Select your preference/s in the application form. Council currently have Parks team members based out of depots located at Arana Hills, Bribie Island, Caboolture, Dayboro, Deception Bay, Margate, Narangba, Petrie and Woodford - please note, any Petrie based positions will be moving to a Narangba location in the coming months.

City of Moreton Bay's parks maintenance teams undertake general labouring tasks to preserve and enhance the regions public parks, gardens and open green spaces. This position would have you typically working with a crew leader on a designated run and undertaking duties such as:
- mowing parks and nature strips
- mulching and weeding
- pruning and planting
- brushcutting and hedging
- spraying and removal of debris and litter
Your work will directly contribute to the upkeep of our parks, gardens and green spaces, making a tangible difference in our community's safety and appearance. About you

- a current truck licence (minimum MR - medium rigid)
