We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a Venue Support Officer to join the team at Pine Rivers Art Gallery on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, supporting the arts, and creating welcoming community spaces.
As the first point of contact for our visitors, you will play a pivotal role in delivering memorable and positive gallery experiences. Your friendly and professional approach will help visitors feel welcomed, informed and inspired.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver exceptional, holistic customer service that invites, engages and connects visitors with our exhibitions
- Deliver and support the delivery of gallery programs and events
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the gallery to ensure a safe, clean and welcoming environment
- Support the installation and de-installation of exhibitions as required
- Actively contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment

You are a professional, customer focused individual with experience delivering high-quality face to face service, bring a friendly, respectful approach and the ability to engage confidently with a diverse range of visitors. You are comfortable working independently, while also contributing positively within a collaborative team environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with sound self-management, will support your ability to deliver consistent and welcoming visitor experiences.
Most importantly, you bring a genuine enthusiasm for art and a passion for helping people connect with creative and cultural experiences.
