- $87,301 pa + 12% super (level 3)
- 72.5 hour fortnight
- Hybrid, flexible working environment, including some work from home days.

Join City of Moreton Bay as a Executive Support Officer, and help shape and enhance our communities for today and tomorrow.
As a Executive Support Officer you'll provide high level administrative and business support including including drafting high level correspondence and reports, process incoming and outgoing communications, and support and track Council and executive meetings.
You'll be working closely with the Senior Executive Support Officer Operations, and the Group Executive Officer, to enable the Operations executive team achieve their goals. Other activities include:
- Coordinate the management of the department Manager’s diary and prioritising appointments
- Coordinate and prepare for internal and external workshop and forums, and track minutes and follow-up actions
- Oversee the planning and creation of video and multimedia communications for City Operations Group Leadership Team
- Maintain confidentially and exercise diplomacy in dealing with issues of a sensitive or political nature
- Contribute to a positive team environment in order to achieve a high performance, continuous improvement and customer focused culture.

About you
We're looking for your experience supporting Senior Executive Assistants, strong admin skills, great communication skills, confidentiality, and ability to work proactively and be flexible to respond to changing priorities.
Qualifications in Business Administration or Marketing and Communications are are a bonus, they aren't mandatory.
A current C Class Driver’s Licence required.
