Are you a highly organised project professional with experience in financial systems, ERP implementations, or business transformation initiatives? We're looking for a Project Officer to join our Financial Systems team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of strategic financial systems projects and a major enterprise-wide ERP transformation program.

In this exciting role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to coordinate initiatives, track project progress, develop project documentation, and support the successful delivery of system improvements that will enhance business operations and customer outcomes.

What you'll be doing

As a member of the Financial Systems team, you will:

• Support the planning, coordination and delivery of financial systems initiatives and ERP transformation projects.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource coordination and milestone tracking.
• Prepare project briefs, business cases, reports and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor project risks, issues and actions while supporting change management activities.
• Maintain project governance documentation, registers and reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, project teams and external vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Support the development and maintenance of procedures, process documentation and user guides.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and a positive, high-performing team culture.

About you

You are a collaborative and solutions-focused professional who enjoys working in complex project environments and delivering meaningful business improvements. You have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

To be successful, you will bring:

• Experience in project delivery, financial systems, ERP implementations, digital transformation or related areas.
• Knowledge of project planning, reporting, business process improvement and organisational change initiatives.
• Experience preparing project documentation, reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A commitment to collaboration, customer service and continuous improvement
