  • 9-day fortnight
  • 72.5-hour fortnight
  • Hybrid, flexible working environment, including some work from home days.

About our opportunity

The Senior Performance and Compliance Officer will provide advice concerning ICT technology contracts, investments, and software acquisitions ensuring compliance, demonstrating expertise in reviewing and reconciling departmental expenditure against approved budgets and will be instrumental in maintaining compliance and overall performance.

Additionally, you will:

  • maintain oversight of contractual obligations, ensuring contracts comply with legal requirements and industry standards
  • lead the negotiation of standard terms and conditions for agreements
  • provide high-level, strategic, complex and or sensitive procurement and contract management advice and services
  • promote technology commercial awareness across the organisation
  • collating data and reports to enable enhanced forecasting and spend management

About you

We are looking for a professional with proven expertise in contract management and vendor management within the IT sector, covering professional services, hardware, software, and cloud solutions agreements. The ideal candidate should be able to work closely with cross-functional teams, including sponsors, stakeholders, project managers, and the ICT team.

You provide specialist advice while fostering strong relationships with vendors. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for efficiency, you will provide expert guidance on navigating the complexities of sourcing, supplier selection, and contract negotiation. We are committed to delivering quality results.
