    Qld Local Government Industry Award (Stream A) - Level 5 of EBA5
  • Appointment will be until June 2025.
  • 72.5 hour fortnight
  • Hybrid, flexible working environment, including some work from home days.
  • Location: Strathpine

We are on the search for a Senior Project Officer to join our Industry Advancement function of the team, focused on supporting the delivery of City of Moreton Bay’s new “Business Boost” package program of work.  We'll look to you to:

  • Undertake targeted research to assist the assigned “Business Boost” project leads.
  • Assist in developing budgets, schedules, scope statements, and project plans.
  • Act as a key point of contact for this project, and foster and maintain stakeholder relationships to help drive a collaborative and integrated approach.
  • Provide proactive and up to date project progress reporting.
  • Support project leads as required with administrative requirements, and scheduling, facilitating and documenting stakeholder meetings.

About you

We are seeking an exceptional communicator with a genuine interest in being part of delivering an economic development project that will make a positive impact on the local businesses in our City.

You will be driven by making those people connections that foster genuine collaboration, and be confident in facilitating small work groups to elicit opinions and gain buy in.

You will be able to demonstrate your strong project management and organisational skills with experience in developing project plans, reports and delivering outcomes.
