As a valued leader within our Local Laws Branch, you will lead a team of Parking Patrol Officers to deliver parking enforcement and education programs across the City. You will also:
- Lead various projects, including Council’s transformation to automated number plate recognition
- Respond to escalated customer and procedural issues by providing expert advice and providing high quality communications
- Provide specialist knowledge in relation to parking compliance and legislation
- Lead and foster a high-performance team culture through a range of workforce management activities, including the coaching and development of team members.

About you
We are seeking a customer focused leader ready for a new challenge!
You will bring your experience in interpreting and enforcing legislation paired with strong investigation, data analysis and research skills. You will also have a strong capability to work with our service providers and internal stakeholders to deliver automated number plate recognition.
As a natural communicator, you will be experienced in responding to complex, sensitive and escalated matters with key external clients, and be driven to lead a team to enable efficiency, innovation, and high standards of customer service.
