Join City of Moreton Bay as a Training and Development Officer, and help shape and enhance our communities for today and tomorrow.
As an integral member of our team, you will develop and deliver training packages to new officers within our Local Laws and Public Health and Permits Branch. There will also be refresher training that will be required to be delivered from time to time.
You will also:
- work closely with our various teams to develop, deliver, support and contribute to various training programs, including inductions, cyclical and mandatory training
- work closely with leaders, to improve individual and team capability
- collaborate with stakeholders to review business processes that will enhance service improvements

About you
Are you passionate about training with the ability to produce quality outputs under time pressure?
Our team will look to you for your expertise in developing and delivering training sessions, both in person and online. You will bring your knowledge of quality assurance methodologies to assist in the review of processes and improvements.
With your well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, you’ll have the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and/or equivalent experience in a Local Government Customer Service environment would be well regarded.
