Join City of Moreton Bay as a Senior Business Systems Process Analyst and help shape and enhance our communities for today and tomorrow.

As our Senior Business Systems Process Analyst, you will be a part of the Digital Innovation and Technology Department and will play a crucial role in the Business Systems team by designing, developing, and maintaining business system workflows and processes within council.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Perform service request analysis and provide support across software systems used by Council to assist in resolving issues to ensure and restore organisational productivity.
  • Interpret business requirements and develop and implement new workflows and electronic processes
  • Development and maintenance of business system workflows, processes and relevant scripts
  • Maintain and update documentation
  • Build and maintain good working relationships throughout council and within Technology Services

About you

We are seeking someone with experience in designing, developing, and maintaining our councils’ business systems process and workflows. You will have a practical and well developed understanding of processes and systems; being solutions focused and a keen problem solver. 

You will be a highly adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced working environment, organised, and has excellent time management skills to manage conflicting priorities, and can quickly and efficiently investigate, identify, and provide resolution.

We need someone who can positively contribute to a close knit team and can confidently engage with stakeholder's across council and externally such as suppliers, vendors and other organisations - customer service and building relationships is key to this role.
