Join City of Moreton Bay as a Principal Business Systems Process Engineer and help shape and enhance our communities for today and tomorrow.
As our Principal Business Systems Process Engineer, you will work within the Digital Innovation and Technology Department where you will be leading the development and maintenance of automated workflows and business processes with the ability to translate business requirements into detailed functional/technical requirements and conduct user testing to ensure overall efficiency, functionality and user friendliness of solution.
You will have the opportunity to;
- provide expertise, mentorship and guidance to the team in the delivery and ongoing improvement of business processes and business process automation across Council
- manage the ongoing review of team practices and procedures with a focus on process improvement within the department
- provide expert technical advice to management and other stakeholders to ensure the most effective use of process automation
- interpret business requirements and develop and implement new workflows and electronic processes within required development, test, training and production environments in a professional manner.
- partner with stakeholders across Council to ensure development and maintenance of business process automation and support the organisation with various process improvement initiatives.

About you
You will have experience in planning and leading strategic, large and complex business process improvement activities aligned with automation, and/or exploiting existing or new technologies; bringing your best practice knowledge.
You will have;
- highly developed Visual workflow design experience, preferably Technology One Business Process Automation and experience with programming languages
- experience in software Configuration
- experience providing specialist technical advice across the organisation, engaging with a variety of stakeholders internally and externally
