Join City of Moreton Bay as a Administration Officer - Waste Services, and help shape and enhance our communities for today and tomorrow.
As a Administration Officer - Waste Services you'll be part of a small team responding to customer requests ensuring appropriate follow up and escalations, preparing outgoing correspondence and administrative support to the Waste Services. You'll also:
- Assist in preparing briefing notes, statistical data and presentations, and agendas and minutes for departmental meetings
- Assist with the department’s reporting, budget and procurement processes
- Assist in the review and update of template letters, forms, customer service reference information and databases to ensure accuracy, consistency and alignment with processes
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Contribute to a positive team environment.

About you
We're looking for a great admin and customer service professional, with experience in a high volume, customer focussed environment. You'll bring your:
- Knowledge of administration practices and procedures.
- Well-developed organisational skills and time management skills
- Microsoft Office suite of programs and the ability to develop proficiency with Council’s corporate systems.
- Well-developed people and relationship skills with demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, communicate effectively with customers, external stakeholders and at all levels of the organisation, contribute to a positive work environment and with a strong focus on provision of quality customer service.
Qualifications

Current C class drivers’ licence.
