- TRP from $198,699pa (base from $174k)
- 5 weeks annual leave (+ additional annual closedown leave)
- Full Time Contract - 12 months with potential for extension
- 38 hour week
- Hybrid, flexible working environment, including some work from home days.

Join City of Moreton Bay in this key leadership role within our newly established Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO), and help deliver projects that shape and enhance our communities - today and into the future.
This is an exciting time to come on board! With our new General Manager now in place, we’re looking for five new team members to help design and implement a high-quality, fit-for-purpose ePMO function at Australia’s third-largest council.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in rolling out services across the organisation throughout FY25–26.
Using an agile approach, you’ll respond to our diverse organisation’s needs and change appetite, while aligning with the best practice aspirations of the ePMO.
Leading a multi-disciplinary team of PMO staff and supporting roles such as change management, you’ll oversee the integration of services into business-as-usual operations. This includes scheduling, cost and risk management, performance monitoring and prioritisation.
This is a unique opportunity to have an influential voice during this integral foundational stage - helping us promote the benefits of the ePMO to key stakeholders by showcasing our wins along the way!
