We’re seeking a dynamic ICT Infrastructure and Security Manager to join our ICT Operations leadership team. This role is central to shaping the future of Council’s technology environment, ensuring our systems remain secure, scalable, and aligned with evolving business needs. You’ll lead a team of specialists across infrastructure, cloud, network, and cyber security, driving performance and continuous improvement.
Your leadership will guide the development and operation of critical IT systems, including communication networks, data centers and cloud platforms. You’ll also oversee governance, risk, and compliance strategies, manage key supplier relationships, and champion the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance service delivery and operational resilience.
Success in this role depends on your ability to foster collaboration, inspire high-performing teams, and contribute to strategic planning and policy development. You’ll play a key role in building a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer focus across the ICT function.
