We are seeking two NEW Operations Support Officers who will play a key role in shaping and enhancing the services we deliver to the community.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for assessing and managing local laws service requests, including triaging matters related to animals, abandoned vehicles, overgrown properties and other local law issues. You will also:

• Coordinate first‑response field operations, by providing real‑time updates, internal communications and resource coordination
• Assist with administrative tasks to support efficient service delivery
• Contribute to the development and review of branch procedures and documents  
• Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and liaise with stakeholders in the review and update of processes and service delivery practices.

About you

We’re looking for candidates with experience in a regulatory services environment, including triaging high-volume services requests and interpreting legislation.

With your strong interpersonal and communication skills, you’ll have the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and respond to sensitive matters in a professional manner. You will also bring:

• Excellent time‑management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated experience using technology systems to support program and project delivery
