Join City of Moreton Bay as a Recreation Venues Officer, and help shape and enhance our communities for today and tomorrow.
As a Recreation Venues Officer, you will contribute to the planning and delivery of asset management, upkeep and refurbishment tasks for Council's 13 public aquatic centres, South Pine Indoor Sports Complex, Settlement Cove Lagoon & Woorim Beach Lifeguarding Services. You will also:
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage assets across Council recreation venues and assist in developing maintenance strategies
- Assist with the preparation of annual budgets
- Gather and interpret asset management and maintenance data, presenting insights that support informed decision-making across the portfolio.
- Ensure venues are maintained appropriately and operating in accordance with relevant legislation

About you
You’re a natural communicator and understand the importance of working collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes. You bring experience coordinating asset management or maintenance activities and you’re confident analysing and interpreting asset data to support informed decisions.
You’ll also have:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong time‑management skills, with the ability to juggle competing operational priorities
