Join City of Moreton Bay as a key leader of the change component for our major ERP transformation program. Help deliver a modern, fit‑for‑purpose system that empowers our teams to provide the services that shape and enrich our communities - today and into the future.

It's a great time to come on board. We’re in the early formation stages of building this dedicated project team, and these roles will be front‑and‑centre in driving the success through engaging with the key stakeholders. Our executive leadership has identified this transformation as a top organisational priority, with strong support, clear commitment and the resources needed to do it right.

Our enterprise system (TechOne) was implemented several years ago - we’ve moved past the initial migration challenges and short‑term workarounds. Now, we’re ready to step back, rethink and rebuild. This is your opportunity to lead the conversations to connect the key stakeholders of the project, as the team focus on the redesign of a critical system, moving beyond “good enough” to create a high‑performing platform that truly supports our growth and sets us up for long‑term success.

The role

Our Business Analysts will be our integral strategic partners and subject-matter experts, leading the analysis, design and optimisation of business processes across this large-scale, multi‑stream ERP transformation program.

In this role, you will work closely with executive stakeholders, delivery teams, and vendors to ensure business requirements are translated into robust ERP solutions that create measurable value, enhance operational performance and support organisational growth.

You will be responsible for end‑to‑end requirements management, process mapping, solution validation, and benefits realisation throughout the ERP lifecycle.

About you

You will be an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background working in diverse organisations on large‑scale ERP transformation programs. You will bring:

  • Proven experience leading requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution validation for complex, multi‑disciplinary ERP programs, ideally within government or regulated environments.
  • Expertise in business process design and optimisation, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and delivering measurable value.
  • Advanced capability in business analysis tools and methodologies, including process modelling, user stories, data analysis, Visio, BPMN, Lean, and Six Sigma.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with demonstrated strength in facilitation, requirements elicitation, and clear written and verbal communication.
  • Experience working across cross‑functional teams, vendors, and technical specialists to deliver integrated business and technology outcomes.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models, with hands‑on involvement in testing, training, and transition-to‑BAU activities.
