We are responsible for the development and delivery of organisation wide capability development programs/ learning initiatives.

Our new Senior Capability Development Partner will be part of our People and Capability team reporting to the Leadership and Capability Manager, and assisting, to deliver corporate initiatives that drive capability uplift across the greater organisation. 

As part of our team you will be driven by seeing those light bulb moments from learners and your passion and energy for making a difference will come through in how you create and facilitate blended learning solutions.

Your expert people, and design skills, will enable you to drive and create confident, capable and empowered individuals and leaders to achieve success at City of Moreton Bay.

About the role

  • Design and deliver blended leadership and capability programs
  • Partner with leaders across the organisation to identify capability needs
  • Facilitate engaging and impactful learning experiences
  • Lead priority capability uplift initiatives
  • Evaluate and continuously improve learning solutions

The Details:

  • Permanent Full Time | 9 day fortnight
  • $117,991 - $125,339pa + 12% super (level 7)
  • 72.5 hour fortnight
  • Hybrid, flexible working environment, including 1-2 work from home days each week
