The Details:

  • Permanent Full Time | 9 day fortnight
  • $91,155pa + 12% super (level 4)
  • 72.5 hour fortnight
  • Hybrid, flexible working environment, including some work from home days.
  • Location: this role partners with teams across our Caboolture, North Lakes and Strathpine locations

Join City of Moreton Bay in own internal talent acquisition team, and help recruit the talent that shapes and enhances our communities for today and tomorrow.

As one of our Talent Acquisition Officer's you will partner with the leaders in our organisation to ensure that specific resourcing objectives are achieved, managing end-to-end recruitment processes including brief, schedule, advertise, shortlist, interview and offers.

You will develop sourcing and attraction strategies, provide market insights, and coach and develop stakeholders on best practice recruitment practices to drive effective talent acquisition that meets both current and future organisational needs.

About you

We are seeking an experienced internal recruiter/ talent acquisition specialist looking for their next challenge... sound like you?

Passionate about the delivery of a high-quality experience, you will be energised by using your previous experience to deliver contemporary recruitment practices.

You will be well adept at designing and applying suitable assessment techniques and sourcing strategies, with the ability to coach and up-skill hiring managers in best practice talent acquisition, assessment and selection techniques. 

As a natural communicator you will understand the importance of building quality stakeholder relationships, and look to establish trust and credibility to become a source for specialist advice in the organisation.

With your understanding of modern recruitment technologies and systems (we currently use PageUp), and your desire to drive the values of City of Moreton Bay, you will quickly become a valuable member of our team!
