As our Project Officer - Economic Development you will support the delivery of programs and initiatives that strengthen our local economy, support industry growth, and create positive outcomes for businesses and residents across the region.
A key part of this role is supporting the team to deliver a range of events, including stakeholder engagement activities. You’ll assist coordinating event logistics from planning and promotion through to on-the-day delivery and post-event administration, helping to create meaningful experiences that support our economic development objectives. You will also assist with database management, scheduling and supporting team members with various projects.
We collaborate, share knowledge, celebrate successes, and work together to deliver meaningful outcomes for our community.

As part of your role, you'll work with a range of corporate systems, including Swift, Resolve, Microsoft Office, customer relationship management (CRM), project tracking and stakeholder management systems. Any prior experience in these programs or similar will be highly regarded.
