The Details:

  • Permanent Full Time | 9 day fortnight 
  • $95,257pa + 12% super (level 4)
  • Hybrid, flexible working environment, including some work from home days.
  • Location: Strathpine, free on-site parking and close to the train station.

We're seeking an organised and collaborative ePMO Officer to support project governance, reporting and portfolio management activities across City of Moreton Bay. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, while leveraging their project, PMO, or governance experience to work with data, improve processes, and support successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting project managers and stakeholders with project governance, reporting and PMO processes.
  • Coordinating governance meetings, tracking actions and maintaining project records.
  • Assisting with portfolio reporting, data quality reviews and performance insights.
  • Providing support and guidance on project management tools and systems.
  • Contributing to assurance, compliance and continuous improvement activities.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to improve project governance and delivery outcomes.

About you

You enjoy working with people and building strong relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders. Proactive and detail-oriented, you bring structure and consistency to project management, are confident using data and systems to support informed decision-making and are passionate about improving processes and contributing to business success.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in a PMO, project coordination, governance, business improvement or project delivery environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce meaningful reports and insights.
  • Knowledge of project governance, project lifecycle management and reporting practices.
  • Experience using project management, portfolio management or reporting systems.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a customer-focused approach.
