  • $68,586 pa (includes industry allowance and uniform allowance) + 12% super
    Qld Local Government Industry Award (Stream B) - Level 4 of EBA5
  • 76 hour fortnight
  • Location: Caboolture

Join City of Moreton Bay as a Truck Driver in our Stockpile Sites and Recycling team and help shape and enhance our communities for today and tomorrow.

As a Truck Driver, you'll be part of a small team preparing and maintaining stockpile sites, safely operating plant and equipment, completing daily checks, basic maintenance, servicing and cleaning of the vehicle/plant each day, and ensuring it is secured when not in use. You'll build good working relationships across the broader Asset Maintenance department, including support to the Fleet Services team, and members of the public.

About you

We're looking for your experience in truck operations and supporting plant and equipment in variety of work environments, ability to safely load and drive trucks with an awareness of the road rules and regulations and the load restraint rules and regulations. You'll also bring:
  • Ability to use a variety of technology hardware for administration activities that support the operations of the team
  • Experience in working constructively as part of team
  • Experience in undertaking manual tasks in a safe conscious manner.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to develop, maintain and monitor own work activities and deadlines under
  • Current HR class driver’s licence (required)
  • Construction Induction Card competency (required).
