We are seeking expressions of interest from data analysts for our Integrated Transport Planning and Design team. In this role you will be responsible for:
- Identifying appropriate data requirements to track the progress and performance of programs.
- Ensuring the currency of our Program Management Plans documentation is maintained by engaging with Program Responsible Officers and tracking update requirements.
- Collecting and analysing data to track the progress and performance of programs, including preparation of a suite quarterly reporting materials appropriate for circulation to Directors, Councillors, and the public.
- Assisting the team in reviewing processes and procedures to improve program management and reporting.
- Working closely with the management team to provide high level administrative functions supporting active program governance.
About you
To be successful in this role you must possess:
- Tertiary Qualification and a minimum of 1 years work experience in a similar role.
- Strong skills in the Microsoft suite of programs, including demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in Reporting and Analytics, Power Bi and similar data visualisation tools (desirable).
- Expertise in integrating data from multiple sources into a single data set to allow analysis and interpretation to provide meaningful insights.
- Experience in communicating complex data analysis effectively to stakeholders.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.
