The Details:

  • Full Time Maximum Term until October 2026 | 9 day fortnight 
  • $99,136 pa ($52.59 per hour) + 12% super (level 5) 
  • 72.5 hour fortnight
  • Hybrid, flexible working environment, including some work from home days.
  • Location: Caboolture

We have an exciting maximum-term opportunity for a passionate and experienced content manager to lead our Content Management Team at Caboolture!

The team works closely with business units across the organisation to deliver effective user-centric content focused on readability, accessibility and usability. Content designed by the team is led by user data and analytical insights to create optimal customer experiences.

As the Content Management Lead you will be responsible for guiding the team and internal stakeholders to produce and maintain user-centric content across multiple digital platforms. This will involve management of the team’s day to day functions including but not limited to task delegation, making task-based decisions and monitoring team performance.

About you

We’re looking for an experienced content manager versed in content function requirements, team management and a well-developed conceptual understanding of online written and visual communication.

Under pressure you will be able to manage conflicting priorities to meet deadlines, identify opportunities for task delegation and have confidence to effectively manage stakeholder expectations. You will have a strong understanding of digital analytics to guide your content-based decisions and support your approach to improve online user experiences.

Importantly, you will thrive in a team environment driven by high performance, continuous improvement and customer experience. Your team management experience will allow you to identify performance improvement initiatives, drive motivation and monitor KPI outcomes.

Successful applicants will have a thorough understanding of the following content management concepts:
