We are seeking a reliable and motivated University Student to work in our People and Capability team!
Our team works in partnership with all areas of Council, focused on building the capacity and capability of our team members to achieve our long-term strategic and operational goals. Some of our key functions include:
- Employee Relations
- Talent Acquisition
- Training and Capability Development
- People Information Systems
- Internal Communications
In this role we will look to you to provide administrative and project support and assistance to our teams. Your initiative and willingness to have a go will see you gain valuable skills which will complement the theory you're learning at university.
To be eligible to be considered for this opportunity, you will be...
- Available to work a minimum of 3 days per week (Monday to Friday).
- Currently enrolled in university studies, and expected to continue to the end of 2025 or beyond.
- Be undertaking studies in Human Resource Management, Employment Law, Industrial Relations or a similar field.
