The Details:

  • Permanent Full Time | 9 day fortnight
  • $83,541 - $91,156pa + 12% super (level 3-4)
  • 72.5 hour fortnight
  • Hybrid, flexible working environment, including some work from home days.
  • Location: this role works predominantly between our Narangba, Strathpine & Caboolture locations.

As part of the People Experience team, our People and Culture Officers provide HR advice, guidance and support to leaders and team members on matters that relate to the employee lifecycle. You will:

  • Support Business Partners to provide HR advice on people matters such as employee conduct, performance management and organisational design.
  • Interpret awards, industrial instruments and legislation to provide timely, accurate guidance.
  • Proactively coach and train stakeholders on relevant internal policies and procedures.
  • Be an initial point of contact for employee matters and complaints, handling them effectively and impartially, escalating when necessary.
  • Analyse and interpret people metrics, preparing reports as required to drive data based decision making.
