Join City of Moreton Bay as an Environment Lead and help shape and enhance our communities for today and tomorrow.
Leading a dedicated team of eight environmental professionals, you’ll provide guidance on emerging environmental issues and lead the strategic planning and delivery of environmental programs and projects. You will also:
- Collaborate with agencies and partners to secure grants, deliver and acquit projects
- Develop technical documents that reflect Council’s environmental objectives and compliance related to native flora and fauna
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive environmental outcomes, including the design and delivery of targeted environmental training
- Provide expert advice on the management of native fauna and flora, environmental legislation and approval requirements
- Build team capability and foster a high‑performance, customer‑focused culture
