About you

You will bring:
- A talent for navigating complex negotiations, shaping commercial outcomes, and forging influential partnerships across diverse groups.
- Mastery of project oversight, risk navigation, analytical interpretation, and high-level technical knowledge of fixed and mobile CCTV networks to support decision-making in fast-moving environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and evolving public safety systems, applying CPTED principles, and leading contemporary CCTV initiatives from strategic concept through to delivery.
- A proven ability to lead high-performing teams, manage multifaceted public safety functions, and confidently apply regulatory, financial, and technical frameworks to deliver exceptional results.
