The Details:

  • Permanent Full Time/ | 9 day fortnight
  • From  $103,597 pa + 12% super (level 5)
  • 72.5 hour fortnight
  • Hybrid, flexible working environment, including some work from home days.
  • Location: Strathpine

Join City of Moreton Bay as our Multimedia Producer, a brand new role to the Internal Communications team! 

As part of the Internal Communications team, the Multimedia Producer creates engaging visual content that brings City of Moreton Bay's culture, people and achievements to life, supporting organisational priorities and team member engagement.

You will have the opportunity to; 

  • lead the delivery of video and multimedia content for Internal Communications, supporting CEO and executive messaging, organisational campaigns and workforce initiatives 
  • build strong relationships across the organisation, working directly with departments to develop concepts that bring their programs and initiatives to life through multimedia content
  • manage and maintain technical equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting and audio equipment.

About you

We are seeking a proactive and capable professional who demonstrates strong initiative and can work autonomously while delivering exceptional results.

You will be a trusted expert, providing advice and support to stakeholders while creating engaging and impactful multimedia content.

With a strong focus on quality, innovation and collaboration, you will confidently manage projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring content effectively communicates key messages and supports organisational objectives. 

You will have; 
  • experience in video and multimedia content production, with strong capabilities in filming, editing and visual storytelling, delivering high-quality content from concept through to final production.

  • the ability to develop clear, engaging and accessible content, including scripting and structured messaging, with a talent for translating complex information into simple, compelling communications.

  • advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Photoshop and Premiere Pro), combined with strong organisational and project management skills to successfully manage multiple projects and deadlines.
