We're looking for an experienced Senior Change & Capability Partner to play a key role in driving successful organisational change and building capability across the business. Working within our Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO), you'll partner with leaders, project teams and stakeholders to support the adoption of strategic initiatives, improve change maturity, and strengthen project and business improvement capabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with project teams and leaders to deliver successful change outcomes.
- Developing practical change approaches that support business readiness and adoption.
- Designing and coordinating learning programs, resources and capability initiatives.
- Coaching stakeholders and promoting best-practice change management.
- Supporting organisational capability uplift through training, communities of practice and knowledge sharing.
- Monitoring adoption, capability growth and business outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
About you
You'll bring strong experience in organisational change, business transformation, project delivery and capability development, along with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. You'll be comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and have a passion for helping people navigate change successfully.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience leading or supporting organisational change, transformation, business improvement or project delivery initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation.
- Experience designing and delivering learning, training or capability uplift programs that support business outcomes.
- Working knowledge of change management frameworks, project delivery methodologies and change impact assessment techniques.
- Ability to analyse change readiness, adoption measures and business performance data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
