• $87,301 pa + 12% super (level 3)
• 72.5 hour fortnight
• Hybrid, flexible working environment, including some work from home days.

Join City of Moreton Bay as a Operations Support Officer, and help shape and enhance our communities for today and tomorrow.

As an Operations Support Officer in our Assets and Open Spaces department you'll be supporting the maintenance of 1,800+ buildings and 1,200+ parks for our residents and visitors.

A key focus will be coordinating the daily labour hire staff support including recruitment, onboarding, performance, timesheet management and daily attendance of all labour hire staff within the department. You'll also:

• Provide business support preparing submissions and reports, and monitoring and reporting of departmental budget, stock inventory management and KPI’s
• Promote continuous improvement of services 
• Support the procurement process for contracted services 
• Participate in the Operational Disaster Event Management response on behalf of the Operations directorate
• Work collaboratively with all team members and maintain positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

About you

We're looking for your experience in coordinating labour hire support services within a medium to large organisation, ability to deal with matters sensitive and confidential issues, ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines and strong MS Office skills.
