As our Solutions Delivery Coordinator you will step into a key leadership role where you will lead a high-performing team to maximise user productivity, ensuring optimal end-user experience and business processing outcomes via robust solutions.
This role will see you lead the translation of business requirements into technical software solution design deliverables, aligned with the relevant systems, their architecture and interoperability. You will play a significant part to coordinate, engage and work with the cross-functional teams to ensure that customers and user needs are being met via considered and formed solutions delivered across all council corporate business systems.
Additionally, you will:
- oversee and/or lead workshops to translate business analysis requirements into effective solution design outcomes in the lead up to configuration and implementation
- develop and implement strategies for continuous process design improvements
- oversee, identify and diagnose issues and problems related to business systems and associated processes
- participate in the delivery of Council projects and provide regular status report updates
- coordinate the transformation of problems to solution design resolutions
About you
We are seeking a professional who has significant experience in operational management and the ability to analyse requirements and advise on scope and options for continual operational improvement.
You will need to be someone that continues to drive development and the continuous improvement of Councils Business Systems’ strategies, your motivation to strive to design, develop and deliver solutions with “Sustainable” outcomes for the long-term.
You will;
- have excellent skills in relation to assessing and evaluating risk and a collaborative approach to taking all requirements into account when making proposals
- proactively work to influence and educate the team by encouraging learning and growth
- hold a tertiary qualification or extensive experience in Business Systems Analyst and/or Solutions Delivery related roles
- systems experience with administration/management of TechnologyOne ERP is highly desirable
