Join City of Moreton Bay as a Digital Services Lead, and help shape and enhance our communities for today and tomorrow.
Reporting directly to the Manager Cultural Services, you will collaborate closely with the Cultural Activation, Libraries, Galleries and Heritage & Museums branches to deliver exceptional customer-focused outcomes across seventeen venues.
In addition to leading a small team and managing operational projects, you will:
- Manage operational systems, including the Library Management System, Galleries and Museums Collections system
- Maintain hardware, including specific audio-visual technologies and customer self-service hardware
- Undertake procurement activities for a range of digital contracts
- Lead business intelligence functions for our department, which is made up of 200+ staff
- Build and manage high level relationships across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders and contractors
- Contribute to the development and operations of capital budgets and business plans
