  • $103,596pa + 12% super (level 5)
  • Hybrid, flexible working environment, including some work from home days
  • Location: Strathpine, free onsite parking and close to train station

We're looking for a motivated ePMO Systems & Reporting Analyst to join our Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) team. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting and enhancing our project portfolio management system, delivering meaningful reporting and analytics, and helping stakeholders make informed decisions through high-quality data and insights.

About the role

As the ePMO Systems & Reporting Analyst, you will work closely with business teams to understand their reporting and information needs, turning complex requirements into practical solutions. You'll be responsible for maintaining data quality, developing insightful dashboards and reports, and supporting the ongoing improvement and adoption of our project portfolio management system.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining engaging Power BI dashboards, reports and analytics to support project, program and portfolio decision-making.
  • Analysing project, portfolio and financial information to identify trends, risks, opportunities and performance insights.
  • Managing data quality activities including validation, reconciliation, maintenance and bulk data updates.  
  • Supporting the administration, enhancement, testing and adoption of the organisation's project portfolio management system pmo365.
  • Partnering with stakeholders to identify and implement reporting, process and system improvements.
  • Documenting processes, reporting standards and business rules to support consistent ways of working.
  • Identifying opportunities to automate and streamline reporting and data management activities.

About you

To be successful in this role, you'll bring a combination of analytical expertise, business partnering skills and systems knowledge. You'll enjoy working with data, solving problems and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You will ideally have:

  • Experience in business analysis and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
  • Strong experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reports and visualisations.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to generate meaningful insights.
  • Experience managing data quality, validation and reconciliation processes.  
  • Experience administering enterprise systems and working with large data sets, including data migration and bulk data loading activities.
  • Knowledge of data transformation techniques and data import processes.
  • Experience working with enterprise platforms such as project portfolio management, financial, asset management or similar systems.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Experience supporting system enhancements, testing and continuous improvement initiatives.
