  • Maximum Term Full Time OR Part Time
  • Work 3, 4 or 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), depending on what suits your study needs
  • Appointment will be for the duration of your undergraduate studies.
  • $33.55 per hour + super (up to 12%)

About our opportunity

We are seeking a friendly, reliable and motivated University Student to work in our Project Management team!

Our Project Management Department annually delivers up to $180M or approximately 550 capital/operational projects ranging from $10k to $20M per year, with assets including roads, paths, buildings, parks and coastal assets. The team contracts 80% of the capital program via pro-active and innovative annual delivery processes. The delivery team manage projects through procurement and delivery, focused on time, cost, quality and safety objectives.

Working alongside project management, construction and engineering professionals in this field, you will gain some great knowledge in the area of your studies as you assist the team in monitoring the delivery of contracted construction projects, site visits and inspections, monitoring adherence to Australian Standard contracts, using project management systems and tools.

Your enthusiasm and drive will be paired with exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills as we strive to provide a great experience for all of our stakeholders we interact with.

You will be currently enrolled in relevant university studies and be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week (Monday to Friday).

Relevant studies will ideally have an Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or other relevant fields that align with the role focus.
