Your responsibilities will include acting as a point of contact for project management and construction management matters, managing the delivery of infrastructure projects, coordinating design projects, liaising with internal and external parties such as providers, consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders, undertaking engineering assessments, inspections and investigations throughout the contract period and reporting on project and construction issues.
To be successful in this role you must possess demonstrated relevant experience in a similar role, demonstrated ability to understand tender documents, design drawings, specifications, schedules and contracts regarding relevant construction standards and Australian standards, a degree in Civil Engineering recognised by Engineers Australia, a current C class drivers license and a Construction Induction Card or willingness to obtain.

Remuneration: $82,484 pa + super (72.5 hour fortnight)
Please note that whilst the current work location for this position is specified above, staff may be required to transfer to any of council's work locations with notice. Council currently has administration offices located at Caboolture, Strathpine and Redcliffe as well as depots, libraries and a range of other facilities located throughout the region.
