Join City of Moreton Bay as a Venue Support Officer, and help shape and enhance our communities for today and tomorrow.
As Venue Support Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for our visitors and responsible for providing them with memorable and positive experience.
You'll also:
- use your exceptional customer service skills to invite, engage and connect our visitors to our exhibitions
- delivering and supporting museum programs and events
- supporting the operations of the museum to make it a welcoming, safe and clean environment.
- team members may assist with the installation and de-installation of exhibitions, and actively contribute to a positive team environment.

About you
Bring your love of face to face customer service in a fast-paced environment and experience within cultural services or at a cultural facility or venue including museums, galleries and libraries.
Share your natural curiosity and intuition that lets you build relationships with a diverse audience, and your respectful and friendly work style that allows you to work autonomously and also thrive in a collaborative team.
Essential Criteria
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- Availability to work weekends
- Genuine interest and passion for working within a cultural venue
- Customer service skills and experience
Having a Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate is desirable.
