    Qld Local Government Industry Award (Stream B) - Level 3 of EBA5
  • 76 hour fortnight
  • Location: Caboolture

Our crews do an amazing job of keep our public amenities clean and tidy to help our residents and visitors enjoy the Moreton Bay region. You'll be maintaining and safely operating amenities cleaning vehicles, ensuring safe use of chemicals and cleansing equipment, and correctly using and maintaining equipment. You'll also:

  • Complete administrative documents associated with the role
  • Act professionally in relation to legislation, approved standards, policies and procedures 
  • Maintain good working relationships with team members and engage appropriately external stakeholders .

About you

We're looking for an a manual labourer, dedicated to putting safety first. You'll also bring:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills to engagement with rate payers, residents and visitors
  • Ability to complete administrative activities using a tablet &/or laptop
  • Good time management skills and self-motivation to meet deadlines, working alone and in a team
  • ability to work as an effective and positive team member in a customer focused environment
  • Current C class driver’s licence (MR licence desirable)
  • Construction Induction Card competency.

The team work a fortnightly repeating roster, consisting of 9 days, working every second weekend, and two consecutive days off each week. This role is based at our Caboolture Depot, where you'll start and finish each day and be provided with vehicle for use during the shift.
