We must carefully manage our coastal areas, implement coastal erosion protection for vulnerable coastal areas, and plan for the projected impacts of climate change.

As our Senior Coastal Infrastructure Engineer, you will provide technical engineering expertise and undertake investigations for a range of coastal infrastructure and coastal management matters to meet the needs of the community within the City of Moreton Bay region. 

About you

We are seeking someone with broad experience in coastal infrastructure planning and management, experience in coastal infrastructure design. You will have extensive experience in completing field inspections, site inspections and data gathering to support technical design projects

You will have an open approach to sharing knowledge and working to mentor and coach team mates. 

You will hold a Degree in Coastal Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
