  • Contract - 4 years
  • Full Time TRP from $183,077pa (inclusive of 12% super, $3,000 professional fees and leave loading)
  • 5 weeks annual leave
  • Hybrid, flexible working environment, including some work from home days.
  • Location: Strathpine base with the requirement to travel across our region periodically.

About our opportunity

Our own People and Culture team are on the search to fill this key leadership opportunity!

Leading a small team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to senior leaders and driving capability frameworks, leadership development and human resources initiatives for the greater organisation.

We will look to you to lead the delivery of high quality programs and initiatives that enable business performance and drive capability uplift across Council.  You'll also:

  • Consult and collaborate with the People and Culture teams and leaders throughout Council to determine needs and requirements to build capacity within their teams.
  • Identify and develop capability and leadership competency frameworks.
  • Lead the implementation of strategic talent management approaches across Council including identification of business-critical roles, high potential team members and succession planning.
