Your responsibilities will include following established methods and practices for blended learning program development and delivery, using innovation and best practice to meet Councils training requirements, from within the Procurement team. Including consulting with software partners, stakeholders and sponsors to ensure the learning is actively supported by offering varied adult learning formats and training options for staff.
To be successful in this role you must possess a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) Learning and Development or related field with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience delivering training in an adult learning environment. You will have exceptional ability to present complex information in an adult learning environment across all levels of the organisation.
This role with Council offers excellent working conditions, generous employer funded superannuation benefits (up to 12%) and a 9 day fortnight in addition to four weeks paid annual leave per year. Council’s work locations have local parking.
Please note that whilst the current work location for this position is specified above, staff may be required to transfer to any of council's work locations with notice. Council currently has administration offices located at Caboolture, Strathpine and Redcliffe as well as depots, libraries and a range of other facilities located throughout the region.
