Join City of Moreton Bay as a Health Project Officer - Work Health and Safety, and help shape and enhance our communities for today and tomorrow.
As a Health Project Officer - Work Health and Safety you will plan, develop and support the implementation of occupational health programs, and provide subject matter expertise to guide continuous improvement of new and existing occupational health programs and initiatives. You'll also:
- Conduct research, analyse options and provide recommendations and source solutions
- Consult and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate and align programs across Council
- Deliver a consistently high standard of stakeholder engagement and project management activities
- Contribute to the development and review Council’s policies, procedures, and training materials.

About you
Bring your subject matter expertise and experience developing and implementing occupational health programs, analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience in strategic planning, policy development, project proposals and applied research.
You'll also have:
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and project management capabilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment, and motivate and influence across all levels of the organisation
- Degree in Allied Health discipline e.g. Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Exercise Science (required)
- Current “C” Class Driver’s Licence (required).
